Actively working on resolution.
This is an intermittent issue that both students and teachers may encounter when trying to access a Savvas item in their LMS course.
The issue is happening intermittently. The temporary resolution step is to simply try refreshing the web page until the page loads correctly. This can also happen around the time of New Year Rollover when students are removed from classes and previous school year classes are deleted.
If the page doesn't load please contact Savvas Customer Support and cut and past the error message along with the reference code in your customer support ticket.
