Important Reminder: Savvas customers must have auto-rostering set up for their Realize implementation in order to integrate third-party assessment data.

Setup Steps for Sharing i-Ready Data with Realize

Districts first work with i-Ready on the data sharing agreement and then proceed to work with a Savvas System Integration Analyst (SIA) to complete the integration setup steps.

1. Presetup: i-Ready Tech Support and DIstrict Admin The customer must activate the data transfer by completing the Diagnostic Math Data Sharing and Agreement with i-Ready Technical Support.  Once the data sharing agreement is in place, the District Admin receives the i-Ready Customer Folder Path from i-Ready. Customers will receive instructions from i-Ready on how to find their folder path and should contact i-Ready technical support for assistance locating this information.

2. Initiate Request: Savvas System Integration Analyst (SIA) and District Admin  Once the i-Ready data sharing agreement is in place and the District Admin has received the i-Ready Customer Folder Path from i-Ready, the district admin submits the 3rd Party Assessment Integration Request form to begin the setup process with Savvas. A confirmation email is sent to the submitter.

3. SIA Completes Setup : The SIA emails the District Admin within two business days to confirm integration completion and to request a teacher name for testing.

4. Verify Integration: The SIA verifies that the integration is complete in Realize.

5. Validate Availability: The District Admin has a teacher confirm that the report is accessible in Realize.

Note: Student data will display as "pending" until test assessment dates arrive. Once the test assessment data is available, the Class Summary and Recommendations report will become accessible to teachers from the Realize Data tab.

The District and Savvas setup steps are typically completed in 2 to 4 business days.
