Integration Overview
Savvas Realize supports the ability to ingest and display the scale score and percentile rank from students' NWEA MAP Math assessments. Savvas Realize also enables teachers to view students in instructional groups, so that they can find and assign relevant instructional resources to support below-level, on-level, and above-level students.
Important Reminder: Savvas customers must have auto-rostering set up for their Realize implementation in order to integrate third-party assessment data.

Setup Steps for Sharing NWEA MAP data with Realize
Districts work with a Savvas System Integration Analyst (SIA) to complete the following integration setup steps:
Initiate Request: The District Admin submits the 3rd Party Assessment Integration Request form to begin setup.
Receive Credentials: The SIA emails the District Admin within two business days with SFTP folder credentials and instructions.
Upload NWEA Data: The District Admin extracts Math RIT Scores from the NWEA system, uploads the files to the SFTP folder, and notifies the SIA.
Verify Integration: The SIA verifies that the integration is complete in Realize.
Validate Availability: The District Admin has a teacher confirm that the report is accessible in Realize.
Note: Student data will display as "pending" until test assessment dates arrive.
The District and Savvas setup steps are typically completed in 2 to 4 business days.
